* WHERE...Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey... Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 423 AM EDT, gauge reports rising river levels due to excess runoff. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen over the last three days. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
