At 229 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout near Fort Caroline, or near Arlington, moving north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts around 40 mph, and minor flooding due to heavy rainfall.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
