Details
Through this evening, conditions will be favorable for waterspout development over the offshore waters on the south side of the island chain. Waterspouts will be most likely to form from showers and thunderstorms that are nearly stationary. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Mariners are encouraged to seek safe harbor immediately if a waterspout is spotted.
