The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 1 and 11. Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 296 and 298.
