* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 740 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in Road closures reported by Albany County 911 in New Scotland and Vorheesville. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
