At 352 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding ongoing in Henry county, especially within the town of New Castle. Between 1.75 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
