Details
At 437 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of Marquez, or 13 miles north of Laguna Pueblo, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include... Marquez, Cebolletita, Seboyeta, Bibo, Paguate and Encinal.
Instructions
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large hail.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT Thursday for a portion of west central New Mexico.
