* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Weld County in northeastern Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 613 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages... Sand Creek, Sanborn Draw, Crow Creek, Wild Horse Creek, Lost Creek, Coal Creek, Igo Creek and South Platte River. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Riverside Reservoir, Keota, Cornish and Masters.
