Severe Thunderstorm Warning

At 1255 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles northeast of Kanab, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Kane County.

This includes US Route 89 near mile marker 27, between mile markers 31 and 42, and between mile markers 50 and 57.
