* WHERE...James River from JRB to HRBT, Including the Elizabeth River.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM EDT this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
