* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following county, Lake IL.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1226 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waukegan, North Chicago, Gurnee, Round Lake Beach, Zion, Grayslake, Libertyville, Antioch, Lake Villa, Lindenhurst, Beach Park, Gages Lake, Park City, Winthrop Harbor, Lake Bluff, Grandwood Park, Green Oaks, Wadsworth, Venetian Village and Lake Catherine. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
