* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Port Washington.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM CDT Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Friday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
