* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Kroto Creek and Moose Creek near Oilwell Road.
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM AKDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1033 AM AKDT, river gauge report for Moose Creek at Oilwell Road indicate rises in water levels from heavy rain across the advisory area. Minor flooding is occurring, especially near Kroto Creek and Moose Creek.
- Rainfall will move out of the advisory area by this afternoon, allowing water levels to begin receding. However, drainage from prior heavy rainfall will continue to cause flooding through this evening. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
