* WHERE...Alpowa Summit, Cheney, Rosalia, Plummer, Grand Coulee, La Crosse, Genesee, Potlatch, Clarkston, Pullman, Davenport, Downtown Spokane, Ritzville, Pomeroy, Uniontown, Tekoa, Creston, Rockford, Moscow, Harrington, Coulee City, Moses Lake, Odessa, Quincy, Oakesdale, Othello, Fairfield, Ephrata, Colfax, Wilbur, Airway Heights, and Spokane Valley.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust may also result in sudden changes to visibility resulting in hazardous travel conditions.
