* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Effingham County.
* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 625 AM CDT, Doppler radar showed that storms had finally moved east of the area, but reports indicate a number of areas still seeing standing water from the earlier rain, especially near Effingham and Teutopolis. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Effingham, Teutopolis, Dieterich, Montrose, Heartville and Effingham County Airport. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 between mile markers 94 and 104. Interstate 57 between mile markers 160 and 167.
