* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Orange County in southeast New York.
* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 119 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1/4 and 1/2 inch of rain has already fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 3/4 inches are expected. - Some locations that could experience minor flooding include... Middletown, Port Jervis, Walden, Goshen, Howells, Montgomery, Cuddebackville, Otisville, Huguenot, Unionville, Scotchtown, Deerpark, Mechanicstown, Westtown, Maybrook, Slate Hill, Pine Bush, Pine Island, Circleville and Bullville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
