* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft at 7 seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 7 to 10 ft at 6 seconds possible.

* WHERE...All of the area into Wednesday morning, then very steep seas are possible south of Port Orford through Wednesday evening.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.
