The Flood Warning will expire at 415 PM AST this afternoon for a portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Humacao and Naguabo.

Although passing light to moderate rain affects the area, the heavy rain has ended. OMME Naguabo reports that Rio Blanco is not out of its banks and sensor NGKP4 continues to report improving conditions. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
