* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Central Lancaster County in southeastern Nebraska...

* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 348 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in Lincoln due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Lincoln is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
