* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 10 PM AKDT Saturday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Saturday to noon AKDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
