* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Shelby. In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland and Edgar. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
