* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet for Guam and Rota and 11 to 14 feet for Tinian and Saipan expected.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through 4 PM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon In-fa continues to approach the northern CNMI, seas are quickly building to around 10 feet over Guam and Rota waters and 11 to 14 feet over Tinian and Siapan waters. The large, long-period swell will slowly shift from northeast to northwest through Saturday.

Instructions

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
