* Until 1000 PM MDT.

* At 653 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across Red Cliffs Recreation Area and Leeds Creek. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
