* WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Kansas, including the following counties, in central Kansas, Ellis and Rush. In southwest Kansas, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton and Stevens. In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
