* WHERE...Northwestern Mesa County in west central Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 230 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, arroyos and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1126 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.3 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are expected - This includes the following streams and drainages... Layton Wash, Dry Gulch, Reed Wash, Lipan Wash, Adobe Creek, Coyote Wash, Big Salt Wash and Little Salt Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
