* WHEN...From Thursday evening to Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Secondary road closures occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 22.7 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
