Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Comal and Guadalupe.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1127 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Selma, Randolph AFB, Canyon Lake, Garden Ridge, Marion, Santa Clara, Geronimo, Solms, Gruene, Freiheit, New Braunfels National Airport, Hunter and Bracken. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
