* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather from 15 to 85 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 6 AM AKST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
