* WHERE...Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from noon to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
