* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 23 to 28 ft expected.
* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM AKST this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
