* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 24 to 29 ft expected.
* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until midnight AKST tonight. For the Gale Warning, from midnight tonight to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
