* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds around 15 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet. For the second Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 9 feet expected. For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt and seas 7 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to Nantucket MA out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM EDT early this morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM Wednesday to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
