* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 5 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM Wednesday to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
