In east central Kansas, Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Geary, Lyon, Morris, Osage, Shawnee and Wabaunsee. In north central Kansas, Ottawa. In northeast Kansas, Jefferson.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible this afternoon through Friday morning. Expect 1 to 2 possible, with higher amounts possible along and southeast of the KS Turnpike.
