* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 9 ft expected.
* WHERE...Gulf waters adjacent to the Upper Texas Coast
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 1 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hurricane Isaias will remain well east of our region. However, fringe effects in the form of hazardous seas, gusty Gulf winds, rip currents, and above normal coastal water levels are likely along the Upper Texas Coast.
