* At 509 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lairdsville, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near... Lairdsville around 510 PM EDT. Jerseytown, Eyers Grove, and Iola around 520 PM EDT. Bloomsburg, Rupert, and Fernville around 530 PM EDT. Almedia, Lightstreet, and Catawissa around 540 PM EDT. Numidia and Slabtown around 550 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Lime Ridge, Washingtonville, Orangeville, Espy, and Millville.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms.

For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Limestoneville and Nescopek exits, specifically from mile markers 223 to 243.

This includes Interstate 180 from mile markers 11 to 14.
