Special Weather Statement

At 159 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 14 miles east of St. Maries to 15 miles south of Mullan. Movement was north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Kellogg, Pinehurst, Osburn, Wallace, Mullan, Smelterville, Wardner, St. Joe, Kingston, Huckleberry Campground, Silver Mountain, Cataldo, Avery, and Calder.

This includes Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 38 and 73.
