* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...North Central Cibola County in west central New Mexico... East Central McKinley County in west central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 1015 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen on the northeast slopes of Mount Taylor. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
