* Flash Flood Warning for... Little River County in southwestern Arkansas... Southeastern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma... Bowie County in northeastern Texas... Southeastern Red River County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 722 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
