* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1032 PM EDT, local dispatch reported heavy rainfall in the advisory area due to recent thunderstorms. Ponding of low- lying areas is ongoing. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding of low lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
