* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For the Gale Warning, south winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 30 kt.
* WHERE...Southern Lynn Canal.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM AKDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 10 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
