* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following county, Shiawassee.
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the advisory area. Additional rainfall up to one half inch will be possible late this evening. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Owosso, Durand, Perry, Laingsburg, Corunna, Morrice, Byron, Bancroft, Lennon, Bennington, Vernon, Shaftsburg, Carland and Juddville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
