* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Chikaskia River near Blackwell.
* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Shallow... short duration overflows occur on low-lying bottomlands along and low water crossings over the Chikaskia River in extreme northeastern Grant and Kay counties.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 26.2 feet this evening. It will then fall to 25.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 25.1 feet tomorrow evening.
