* WHERE...Missouri River at Napoleon.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 17.6 feet early Tuesday morning.
