* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 18.2 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
