* At 349 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain from Donie to Buffalo to Elkhart. Radar estimates between 1 and 4 inches of rain has fallen in the past hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area over the next few hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
