* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Thursday evening to a crest of 21.1 feet late Thursday evening.
