At 1032 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain continue across the warned area this morning, where between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have already fallen overnight and this morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
