* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1038 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Buffalo Creek, Anthony Creek, Big Run, Bluestone River, Brush Creek, Boone Creek, Big Creek, Broad Run, Beech Run, Bradshaw Creek, Blue Lick Creek, Back Creek and Boulder Run.
