* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 19 to 23 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather from 15 to 85 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon AKST Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from noon to 6 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
